Special Sponsorship Opportunities

First and foremost, you can donate to SEBCRL’s shelter to ensure your contribution is used to benefit our rescue efforts.  We’ve made it quick and easy for you to make donations with just a few short keystrokes.

We appreciate all donations, no matter how small, however, for those who want to get more involved with our rescue efforts, we have designed a Sponsorship Program not only to allow you to choose how you want your contributions directed, but to allow us to thank you in several different ways.

SEBCRL’s Sponsorship Program is designed to ensure your support of SEBCRL in the future.  It allows donors to make a significant impact on the animals in need over an extended period of time.  Additionally, there are certain benefits from Donations in our Sponsorship Program:

· Reducing your taxes

· Increasing your income

· Fulfilling your charitable goals

· Reflecting your special interests.

Described below are several new and exciting donation options that we have developed for you to choose from.

Thanking you in advance for your support

Jerri Carter, Founder

The Puppy Pals Program $25.00

The Puppy Pals Sponsorship Program is designed specifically to solicit the support from youngsters who would like to adopt a Border Collie, but are not in a position to do so.  By giving young children the opportunity to donate, they experience the act of “helping” a puppy even though their family is not in a position to have one of their own.  Puppy Pals Donate $25.00, and are recognized as an SEBCRL “Puppy Pal”.  Puppy Pals are included on our Puppy Pals’ Web Page in an effort to show them that they have in fact “made a difference”.  SEBCRL sends their new Puppy Pals a formal thank you, of course!

The Buddy Program $50.00 (Educational)

The Buddy Sponsorship Program is designed specifically to solicit the support of local areas students and their schools.  By increasing awareness at an early age, and allowing young students to become involved in rescue agencies such as this one, the opportunity itself enables a greater understanding of Animal and Pet Responsibility.  We at Southeast Border Collie Rescue League strive to teach children of all ages that pet-ownership is a life-long commitment.  Buddy Donations ensure that the collective has the necessary day-to-day supplies, including toys and collars.  Buddy Sponsors Donate $50.00 and are recognized as an SEBCRL “Buddy”.  Buddies and the names of their school or classroom teacher are included on our Buddies’ Web Page.

The Guardian Program $100.00

The Guardian Sponsorship Program is designed to meet the needs of all of the Border Collies who are currently eligible for adoption.  Guardian Donations ensure that the collective has the necessary day-to-day supplies, therefore referred to as “The Guardian Sponsor”.  Guardians Donate $100.00 and are recognized as SEBCRL’s “Guardians” and their name is listed on our Guardians’ Web Page.  When quantities are available, Guardian Sponsors will receive a SEBCRL t-shirt.

The Second Chance Program $500.00

The Second Chance Sponsorship Program is designed to meet the needs of a specific Border Collie who is in need of medical treatments or surgeries prior to being eligible for adoption.  A Second Chance Donation ensures that a Sponsored Border Collie has the necessary funding, and hence, “Given a Chance” to be a member of a future family.  Sponsors of the Second Chance Program Donate $500.00 and are recognized as the dog’s “Second Chance Sponsor”.

The Second Chance Sponsor’s name is listed whenever and wherever that specific Border Collie’s name appears, especially when the Border Collie moves from the “Available” to the “Adopted” Web Page.  The Second Chance Sponsor will receive timely updates as to the condition of their sponsored Border Collie.  Second Chance Sponsors are featured and highlighted on the SEBCRL Adopted Web Page when their sponsored Border Collie is successfully adopted.

This specific sponsorship program is crucial, as it helps pave the way for our Border Collies to move from “rescued” to “adopted” status.  The bond created between a new Adoptive family and the Second Chance Donator can be quite remarkable, hence the expression used throughout this website, if you can not adopt, rescue.  The Second Chance Program also includes, if desired, the individual or business’ name and/or logo with a hyperlink on our Second Chance Sponsors’ Web Page for one year.

Co-Sponsorship Program $1,000.00

The Co-Sponsorship Program is designed to meet the needs of a specific Border Collie who has been rescued, yet not anticipated to be adopted in a timely manner.  The Co-Sponsorship Donation ensures that the Border Collie has the necessary funding to remain in the safe haven of SEBCRL and ensures that any medical treatments or surgeries are partially funded.  Sponsors of this program Donate $1,000.00 and become a Co–Sponsor of a Border Collie that is in need of Sponsorship for a period of twelve months.  The Co-Sponsor’s name is listed as “Co-Sponsor” whenever and wherever that specific Border Collie’s name appears.  The Co-Sponsor is featured and highlighted on the SEBCRL Main Web Page, and Press Releases of the Donation (if desired) are circulated throughout our rescue community.  The program also includes (if desired) the individual or business’ name and/or logo with a hyperlink on our Co-Sponsors’ Web Page during the duration of the sponsorship.  The sponsoring individual or business will also be featured in our One-Way Links Program Page.

Full Sponsorship Program $2,000.00

The Full Sponsorship Program is designed to meet the needs of a specific Border Collie who has been rescued, yet not anticipated to be adopted in a timely manner.  The Full Sponsorship Donation ensures the that the Border Collie has the necessary funding to remain in the safe haven of SEBCRL and ensures that any medical treatments or surgeries are fully-funded.  Sponsors of this Program Donate $2,000.00 and become a Sole Sponsor of a Border Collie that is in need of Sponsorship for a period of twelve months.  The Sponsor’s name is listed as “Full Sponsor” whenever and wherever that specific Border Collie’s name appears.  The Full Sponsor is featured and highlighted on the SEBCRL Main Web Page, and Press Releases of the Donation (if desired) are circulated throughout our rescue community.  The program also includes (if desired) the individual or business’ name and/or logo with a hyperlink on our Full Sponsors’ Web Page during the duration of the sponsorship.  The sponsoring individual or business will also be featured on our One-Way Links Program Page.
